1. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes! Most of our wedding accessories can be customized with names, dates, or messages. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.


2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Custom orders may take 1–3 additional days depending on the request.


3. How long is shipping?

We ship via standard U.S. carriers. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options soon.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or request changes within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email us at help@handmadecelebrations.space right away.


6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll gladly send a replacement or refund.


7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
